About You and The Role

As a Spa Therapist at The Newman, you will:

• Deliver exceptional massage, facial and body treatments tailored to each guest's individual needs
• Create a warm, welcoming and personalised experience throughout the guest journey
• Recommend treatments, products and aftercare advice with confidence and authenticity
• Maintain treatment rooms and wellness facilities to the highest standards
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa, including managing bookings through Book4Time, maintaining accurate guest records, and supporting Spa Reception during busy periods.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification (essential)
• Have experience working as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist or Wellness Therapist

Wellness At The Newman

At The Newman, wellness is a key part of the guest experience. Designed in partnership with Raison d'Être, our 458-square-metre wellness floor offers a Nordic-inspired sanctuary in the heart of Fitzrovia, featuring four treatment rooms, a sauna and steam room, Himalayan salt room, ice lounge, hydrotherapy plunge pool, experience showers, and a Technogym-equipped fitness studio.

As a Spa Therapist, you'll work with premium wellness brands including Moss of the Isles, Kloris and NUORI, delivering luxury massages, body treatments, results-driven facials, CBD-infused therapies, and advanced wellness experiences using technology such as LED light therapy masks.
