We're looking for an experienced Night Manager to join our Front Office team and lead the hotel through the overnight operation. As Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night, acting as the senior manager on duty and ensuring the highest standards of guest service, safety, and operational excellence are maintained at all times.

About You and The Role

As Night Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for our guests throughout the night. As one of our Night Managers, you will:

• Lead the overnight operation of the hotel and act as the senior manager on duty.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support the Reception team with arrivals, departures, room allocations, and guest requests.
• Complete the night audit process accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor hotel security, health and safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Manage overnight incidents and ensure effective communication and handover to the daytime management team.
• Produce operational reports and maintain accurate guest accounts and records.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless overnight operations.
• Have previous experience as a Night Manager within a luxury hotel environment.
• Have experience using Opera PMS and/or Opera Cloud (essential).
• Be flexibile to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
