We’re looking for a Night Front Desk Agent who brings warmth, care, and attention to every guest interaction. You’ll support the Night Manager in completing key end-of-day tasks and ensure the hotel is set up for the day ahead.

About You and The Role

As a Night Front Desk Agent at The Newman, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a high standard of warm, bespoke hospitality throughout the night
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, take reservations, process payments, and complete end-of-day tasks including cash and billing reports
• Support the smooth running of night operations, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and room service as needed
• Prepare arrival and departure paperwork, deliver housekeeping amenities, and assist with setting up sofa or extra beds when needed
• Maintain health and safety standards through regular floor walks and clear communication with the team
• Be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays
• Ideally have experience using Opera and Knowcross systems
