We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings warmth, care, and attention to every guest interaction. As the face of the hotel, you’ll be one of the first people guests meet, setting the tone for their entire experience.

About You and The Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be a warm and welcoming presence for every guest, creating meaningful first and lasting impressions. You will play a key role in delivering a personalised and memorable experience, ensuring every guest feels recognised, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

You will:

• Manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle payments or billing queries
• Build genuine connections with guests, taking time to understand their preferences and personalise their experience
• Anticipate guest needs and go beyond the expected to create thoughtful, memorable moments
• Liaise closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard and aligned with guest preferences
• Respond to guest requests efficiently and with care and arranging special touches
• Be flexible to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays

Experience with Opera Cloud and Knowcross is a strong advantage.
