This is no ordinary opportunity. As part of the preopening team, our Head Concierge will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences from day one. You’ll be a natural host, a local expert, and a problem-solver, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and inspired by their stay in Fitzrovia.

About You and The Role

We’re looking for a Head Concierge who:

• Thrives in a preopening environment, bringing creativity, efficiency, and sustainable practices to the role.
• Has deep knowledge of London’s dining, cultural, and entertainment scene and loves sharing hidden gems and tailored experiences.
• Takes ownership of guest requests, big or small, and goes the extra mile to create seamless, memorable moments.
• Will build strong relationships with local businesses and service providers within Fitzrovia and the surrounding neighbourhoods to enhance our guest experience.
• Has previous experience in a similar role within a 4–5-star hotel, delivering exceptional guest service.
• Is flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, and leads by example to ensure smooth and memorable guest experiences.

The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy Brasserie Adeline, an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
