About You and the Role

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at The Newman, you will:

• Prepare and present a variety of desserts, baked goods, and viennoiserie to a consistently high standard
• Support the development of seasonal pastry menus for breakfast, restaurant service, events, and in-room amenities
• Run the pastry section during service with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Be a calm, reliable, and collaborative presence within the kitchen team
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
