We're looking for a Breakfast Head Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Brasserie Angelica, The Newman's light-filled, all-day brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front and creating exceptional guest experiences at the most important meal of the day.

As a key member of the restaurant team, you will oversee our breakfast operation, typically working 6:30am – 3:00pm, ensuring every guest receives warm, engaging, and seamless service from the moment they arrive.

About You and The Role

As a Breakfast Head Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a seamless breakfast service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable start to their day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the breakfast service and setting the tone for the team each morning.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating outstanding first impressions.
• Building strong knowledge of our breakfast menus, drinks, and daily offerings.
• Training, coaching, and supporting junior team members.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Supporting opening procedures and ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for service each morning.

This role is primarily focused on breakfast service, with shifts typically scheduled between 6:30am and 3:00pm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a predominantly daytime hospitality role while still working within a luxury restaurant environment.
