This is no ordinary opportunity. As part of the pre-opening team, our Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in shaping the guest experience at our brasserie from day one. You’ll help recruit, train, and lead a passionate restaurant team, ensuring every service reflects our REAL People values.

Guests can enjoy our all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
