We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who brings warmth, care, and attention to every guest interaction. As the voice and digital connection of the hotel, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests—helping to plan their stay and ensuring they feel looked after from the moment they reach out.

About The Newman
The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
