We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the opening team at Adalana, The Newman’s bright and welcoming all-day brasserie. You’ll bring positive energy, great food knowledge, and warm, attentive service to every shift—from breakfast through to dinner.

About You and The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Adalana, you will:

• Deliver friendly, confident, and attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of food allergens and dietary requirements, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction
• Support both the service and bar teams by running drinks, resetting tables, and responding promptly to guest requests
• Ideally have experience using Micros and OpenTable
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy Adalana, our all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
