This is no ordinary opportunity. As part of the preopening team, our F&B Cost Controller will play a crucial role in establishing and managing financial systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all food and beverage cost processes.

About The Newman
The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy Brasserie Adeline, an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
