About About You and the Role

Reporting to the F&D Reception Manager, as a Maitre D’ with us you will:

• Manage reservations through OpenTable, maximising covers while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Regularly monitor the restaurant reservations email inbox, responding to guest enquiries and assisting with group dining, after-work drinks, celebrations and special occasions.
• Help create and develop a profile of Brasserie Angelica's regular guests, ensuring their preferences, celebrations and individual needs are communicated effectively across all departments.
• Recognise returning guests and maintaining detailed guest profiles to deliver personalised service.
• Build relationships with hotel guests, local residents and regular diners to encourage repeat business.
• Manage table allocations, walk-ins and waitlists to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and restaurant teams throughout service.
• Support special occasions and bespoke guest requests.
• Have had previous experience as a Maitre D', Head Host or Senior Host within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
