We’re looking for a Back of House Porter who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team. You’ll play an important role behind the scenes, helping to keep our kitchens and back of house areas clean, organised and running smoothly throughout the day.

About You and The Role

We’re looking for a Back of House Porter who:

• Takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across our kitchen and back of house areas.
• Is hardworking, reliable and happy to get stuck in, supporting the wider kitchen and Food & Drink teams wherever needed.
• Works well as part of a team and brings a positive, helpful and respectful approach to every shift.
• Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Supports with washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils, ensuring everything is ready when the team needs it.
• Helps maintain clean and organised storage, waste and back of house areas in line with our health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Supports with deliveries, stock movement and other back of house duties as required.
• Understands the importance of health & safety, food hygiene and safe working practices.
• Previous experience in a kitchen porter, stewarding or back of house role within a hotel or hospitality environment would be beneficial, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
