About You and The Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be a warm and welcoming presence for every guest. You’ll:

• Manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle payments or billing queries
• Support guests with questions, messages, reservations, and local recommendations
• Liaise with Housekeeping on room status and respond to guest requests, including delivering amenities or setting up extra beds
• Be flexible in your availability to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Knowcross is a strong advantage.

The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
