About You and the Role

As a Breakfast Chef at The Newman, you will:

• Run a section during breakfast service with consistency and care
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following our recipes and style
• Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with daily preparation and kitchen organisation
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene and safety at all times
• Be a supportive and respectful presence within the kitchen team
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

About The Newman

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, The Newman offers 81 rooms and suites, including a signature rooftop suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area.

Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie inspired by Northern European flavours, alongside Gambit Bar, serving cocktails and local craft beers. The hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness and Spa.
