The Newman is bringing a new energy to Fitzrovia – a luxury hotel where people, purpose, and care come first. We’re looking for a People & Culture Officer to support the building of an exceptional team culture from the ground up. This is a 6-month contract and a fantastic opportunity to shape meaningful workplace experiences, support team engagement, and contribute to a people-first culture that reflects our REAL values: Responsible, Energised, Approachable, and Local.
You’ll work closely with the Director of People & Culture and play a key role in the everyday rhythm of our team’s journey – from onboarding and internal comms to supporting learning, development, and culture initiatives.

Opening in Fitzrovia in Autumn 2025, The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, an all-day brasserie inspired by Northern European flavours, Gambit Bar, a dedicated Wellness floor, and a genuine, people-first approach to hospitality.
