About You and the Role

As a Chef de Partie at The Newman, you will:

• Run a section during service with consistency, organisation, and attention to detail
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following our recipes and culinary style
• Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with daily preparation and kitchen organisation
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
• Be a supportive and collaborative presence within the kitchen team
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, The Newman offers 81 rooms and suites, including a signature rooftop suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area.
