We’re looking for a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress who brings warmth, care, and attention to every guest interaction. You’ll be part of our Food & Drinks team, providing thoughtful and discreet in-room dining throughout the night, ensuring our guests feel looked after.

About You and the Role

As a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will:

• Deliver warm, efficient, and discreet in-room dining throughout the night
• Prepare and present orders with care and attention to detail
• Take in-room dining orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
• Set up and clear trays and trolleys in line with brand standards
• Liaise with the night kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor and replenish overnight amenities and mini-bar stock where needed
• Work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• Remain calm, composed, and approachable during overnight hours
