About You and The Role

As a Spa Receptionist at The Newman, you will:

• Welcome guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth start-to-finish experience.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and treatment enquiries with care and accuracy—both in person and online.
• Recommend treatments and promote spa services and products in a thoughtful, guest-focused way.
• Keep guest records and reception areas tidy, organised, and up to date.
• Support the spa team with day-to-day admin, stock checks, and communication to ensure seamless operations.
• Have front-of-house or receptionist experience, ideally within a spa, hotel, or wellness setting.
• Be warm, calm, and confident, with great communication and problem-solving skills.

Wellness at The Newman

Our 458-square-metre Nordic-inspired wellness floor, designed with Raison d’Être, features four treatment rooms and a wet area with a Finnish sauna, ice lounge, Himalayan salt room, experience showers, and a hydrotherapy plunge pool.

It also includes a Technogym-equipped fitness studio with salt walls, offering yoga, Pilates, and personal training sessions.
