As part of our pre-opening team, it’s your chance to shape the in-room dining experience at a brand-new luxury lifestyle hotel. You’ll play a key role in setting up and leading Room Service operations, creating a smooth, seamless, and unforgettable experience for our guests.
With energy, passion, and a hands-on approach, you’ll work alongside the kitchen and other departments, managing everything from orders to inventory, all while leading and inspiring a high-performing team. If you’re looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, this is it.

About The Newman
The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
